I think the product categories could be designed in a better way.

There are so many pages and pathways, that it is very difficult to manage content and keep it up-to-date. We need a clear map of what pages are on the website and how customers can access them.

unless i know exactly where i want to go, trying to find a page within the top level navigation is like a needle in a haystack. might get lucky and find it but generally just use the search box.

In my experience I generally don't know the product name I am looking for, I may know the vendor but for the most part I am looking for a solution.

I'd prefer a tool that allowed me to find by problem / application / solution.

Something that perhaps asked some relevant questions and provided a short list of potential product solutions

the current homepgae is merely a landing page with promos. With all the subjects that PKI is involved in, can't we have the homepage be a continuously evolving area for new and exciting info such as medical breakthroughs, technological advancements, etc?

You need to include the instrument an item is used for in the product description. Your product descriptions are vague at best.

The halflife of 55Fe is listed as 2.7 yr (which would be 985 days). It is actually 2.735 yr, or 999 days. I'm trying to maximize the precision of my experiment, and this imprecision matters! Why would you list the halflife to only 2 significant figures, when it is known to at least 4 significant figures?
Obviously I can get more precise data elsewhere after about two seconds of googling - but shouldn't you have the best data available about your products?
